THE UPPER BODY LENGTH & REACH COMPONENT COMES FROM THE BELLY BUTTON AND UP. THE LOWER BODY LENGTH & REACH COMPONENT COMES FROM THE BELLY BUTTON AND DOWN. WE FIND STRENGTH AND EXPANSION THROUGH THE CORE WHILE WORKING THE ENTIRE BODY AND FOCUS OF THE MIND.
