WEIGHTS ARE ALWAYS OPTIONAL IN EVERY CLASS AND CAN BE ADDED OR REMOVED DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR BODY IS FEELING TODAY. THIS CATEGORY HOSTS ALL OF THE VIDEOS WHERE I HAVE CHOSEN TO ADD WEIGHTS BUT YOU CAN ADD WEIGHTS TO ANY SERIES AS LONG AS THEY ARE LIGHT WEIGHTS.
