WRIST/ANKLE WEIGHT CLASSES
WEIGHTS ARE ALWAYS OPTIONAL IN EVERY CLASS AND CAN BE ADDED OR REMOVED DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR BODY IS FEELING TODAY. THIS CATEGORY HOSTS ALL OF THE VIDEOS WHERE I HAVE CHOSEN TO ADD WEIGHTS BUT YOU CAN ADD WEIGHTS TO ANY SERIES AS LONG AS THEY ARE LIGHT WEIGHTS. MY RECOMMENDATION IS 1LB BUT YOU CAN CHOSE TO GO UP TO A MAX OF 2LB. ANYTHING OVER THAT AMOUNT WILL COMPROMISE THE DECOMPRESSION AND LENGTH ASPECT OF THE MOVEMENTS.
