    Props needed:
    Ball (Weighted or Essential)
    Ankle Weights (Optional)
    Resistance Band (Of your choice)
    1x Dumbbell (Heavy preferable 8lbs+)
    2x Dumbbells (Slightly lighter 5lbs-)
