CARDIO FLOW SERIES IS A QUICKER PACED WORKOUT DESIGNED TO ELEVATE YOUR HEART RATE, WARM FROM THE INSIDE AND BREAK A SWEAT. WE FOCUS ON BALANCE, LENGTH AND FLUID MOVEMENTS. WEIGHTS ARE ALWAYS OPTIONAL BUT DO ADD A LITTLE BIT MORE HEAT.
